Message	1. when you click "post new message", have a popup window open the search dialog box. Pretty much cant ignore that. 2. when a new item gets placed in FAQ or Tech, have the forum state the message to the user "hey, we added a strobe-light how to, click here to check it out". then back to normal (just like the news screen).
